We went with Grammy Baker, Gail's family & Dave's family to Papa Baker's grave on Memorial Day morning. Grammy brought letters to share with all of us from people who had written to Papa during his illness or who wrote after he passed away. It was nice to see how he had touched so many lives and to know that he has left a lasting legacy for his kids, grandkids and many more.
After the cemetary we were off to Dave's house for breakfast and then home for a late lunch with Denise's family. It was a nice day spent with family and good time to remember those who have left this life but helped to make our lives better in some way before they left.
