The back yard is mostly clear now. They cement was hauled off to the front yard for pick up tomorrow. I'm sure the neighbors love the cement piled all over the sidewalk. The next step is digging for drains and sprinklers. It won't be an easy job because the ground is really hard. The workers spent some time today soaking the ground in hopes of making it a bit easier to dig.
Today was the last day for the jackhammer - hip, hip, hurray! They started it up at 7am this morning - so much for sleeping in on the first day of summer vacation.
So that's the update for today. We are getting ready to head out to the beach for camping. Wishing everyone a great summer!
